Screen Shots Of Making Money Online IMO

A guest to this blog coming from Smart Phone Basement made a comment that made me smile with knowing. You see, in the last few months, I have been working dedicatedly to bring internet income into perspective here at home.

The gentleman said; ‘Shift from talk and give proves [sic] (I think that meant proof) like screenshot. So many hypocrites behind laptops who are learning how to make cash online yet they pretend to teach others.’

Why was this gentleman’s statement (inclusive of the plea and adding a link to a site that clearly shows he is mad about smartphones) such a blessing for me? Well, first, because I do not work from a laptop, tongue in cheek, but more seriously, because he brought to the fore one of the fastest possible ways Kenyans get scammed. They look for ‘newsy’ stories, not the work it takes to get there.

The Fear of Fraud and The Kenyan Psyche
The fear of fraud is paralyzing many from enjoying the genuine benefits provided by online marketing tools. When you put ‘money’ and follow it closely with ‘internet’ the next closest word on a Kenyan mind is fraud/scam/deceit. Why?

1.    The internet is ridiculously overpopulated by marketers. Almost anyone on any site worth its domain dollar is trying to sell you something. Thousands have bought into the hype and bought trash. Kenyans have been there, they know it too well.

2.    The face-lessness of the internet gives very healthy ground for fraud so indeed the fear is grounded in some reality. Kenyans understand this too because faceless sites go down with people’s money overnight.

3.    Although the largest scams in Kenya have had nothing to do with the net, the fastest moving have and people are just freaked out and super suspicious.

Why I Do Not Make Screenshots of Online Income
On top of the list of tactics used by fraudsters to create the ‘newsy’ effect people buy online on a sales page, unfortunately is THE SCREENSHOT. The screen shot is deceptive like you cannot imagine! I will also tell you straight up, you will never find a screenshot of my earnings anywhere for these reasons:

1.    Anyone truly making real bucks online will not plaster their earnings on a platform as public as a blog or a landing page. There is the tax-man to think about, phishing to think about, online banking fraud to think about, to leave your bank statement in plain sight of all those is just not what genuine internet earners do.

2.    Screenshots, courtesy of Photoshop are so easy to manipulate, only a newbie believes those things. Sitting at my computer, I can brag of earning 1,000 dollars a day up from a genuine screenshot of 10 dollars a day. I will not print such lies.

3.    Genuine screenshots rarely if ever have attractive incomes primarily because to make the $10,000 a month usually is a function of multiple sites, not just one. If someone is plastering high earnings that make you swoon, they are conning you.

4.    Genuine online earners will tell you the $10,000 a month is a result of months (years) of hard work. Con artists and marketers working to fleece you fast will keep the hard work bit silent.

They make it look like they did it in a night by putting it on one screen shot. If I was to plaster earnings of $1,000 freelancing, I would add it took me over 60 bids and days of negotiation with a client before I landed the one bid that gave me that kind of money. That is not a good sales story. It’s not newsy!

I Give Superior to Screen Shots
If you ever buy an ebook, a training, or a coaching program from Paula Thayrow, you get something more tangible, more real, and way more truthful than 1,000 screenshots!

You get a money back guarantee of more than 45 days to boot with anything you buy from Paula Thayrow.

Why is that superior? I sell quality and results, not drama. If you enroll in my Blogging and Affiliate Income Coaching by email program for instance, I say, if your blog or website does not make you money as promised, ask for a full refund any day within six months and you get your money back.

In other words, I am not selling you a book, or a program, or my results, I am selling you the path to your results. If you do not get them, ask me for your money. I also back all my products with follow up sessions to make sure you achieve the results you sought in the first place.

That is powerful!

Screenshots cause you to buy someone else’s results and newsy story! Successful people the world over do not sell hype — they sell what works. They say, ‘if you do what I share with you and it does not work, I will give you your money back.’

I’ll add, the shorter the money back guarantee, the more likely you are walking into a ‘trap’. Genuine products give you time because every genuine product is created knowing success and learning takes time. So if it takes you three months to figure it out, I’ll be here if you want your money back.

A money back guarantee is superior to a screen shot any day! Be aware!
